Our purpose-built facility is conveniently located just off the M25, within easy reach for visitors from the capital city and the surrounding countryside. For over 20 years we have been catering to customers from all over the world who come to take advantage of the 14 different arenas that are available for playing out various scenarios and our state-of the-art equipment. Whether a group of friends just fancy letting off some steam for the day or a company would like to hold a team-building exercise, we are happy to take care of all the arrangements. Every session is preceded by a briefing about safety considerations to help our clients enjoy themselves without coming to any harm. Overalls are provided for everyone but if any paint gets on people’s clothes there is no need to worry as it will wash out. A standard day’s play consists of 8 games staged in 4 different areas, with teams getting the chance to start from both sides in each area. Those who are new to the sport will find that our knowledgeable staff are more than happy to talk them through the basics so they can start having fun at our paintball Essex venue.

The equipment

As with any sport, in order to enjoy it to the full the right equipment is a prerequisite and we make sure that all players have everything that they need to get the most out of their day with us. In addition to the overalls mentioned above, double-glazed goggles are issued to every participant to ensure that they can see clearly at all times. Unlike the goggles supplied at some other venues, these will not fog up so there is no need to remove them during a battle. Impact reduction jackets are available for females and younger members of parties who might prefer a little more protection than is offered by ordinary clothing alone. A gun, or marker as they are also known, is of course essential and comes with a pack to carry the paint. All our equipment is maintained to the highest standards possible and regularly replaced to ensure that our customers will not be let down during a game and to help maintain our superb safety record. We believe that our attention to detail and professional staff make us the obvious choice for experienced players and novices alike who are looking for the best London paintballing venue.

The facilities

The main attraction for visitors is our wide range of arenas in which players can act out many different scenarios. Comfort is also important to most people so we have hot showers for our customers to use after a hard day in the field and free tea and coffee is available in the booking area. Lunch can be taken in our canteen which serves a variety of food and caters to vegetarians as well. We can even order pizza if desired, making our venue ideal for parties of all ages. There are vending machines containing food and drink for people that fancy a snack during the day and these are kept well stocked. For corporate events there are private areas in which clients can be entertained and we are able to put together a tailor-made package to fit company’s special requirements. For players travelling on the underground we have a minibus that can pick them up at Theydon Bois station. This service is free and as long as we receive a call when the train is at Debden or Epping (depending on which direction you are coming from) we will we waiting for you when you arrive at the station.

The arenas

For paintballing in London we have a great setup to give players the best choice when it comes to going into battle. The arenas include the Wild West area, Tank Convoy area, various wooded areas and an urban one where people can crouch behind cars and stacks of tyres as they attempt to take out the enemy. Our popular speedball arena is scattered with huge hay bales and is great for players that are looking for a real adrenaline rush. Among the major attractions in the different arenas are a 38 tonne battle tank, a scud missile launcher, a grounded plane and armoured personnel carriers. Before battle commences in each area a mission briefing will be given by one of our experienced staff members who will outline the objectives and offer tips on the best strategies to employ in order to achieve them. In the interests of fair play, two games are played in each arena with the teams swapping ends after the first one has been completed. One area features large inflatable barricades which are great for burying yourself in while taking pot shots at your opponents. There are so many possibilities that many people return again and again.

The shop

For Essex paintballing enthusiasts who take their sport seriously, as well as those who are just starting out, we have an onsite shop with a wide range of equipment on sale at competitive prices. This includes semi-automatic guns, CO2 canisters and ammunition hoppers. The markers range from basic models up to the latest weapons with electronic systems for optimum performance and accuracy. There are many different accessories available such as facemasks with fog-resistant lenses, armoured gloves, neck protectors and arm pads. The shop is staffed by fellow enthusiasts, many of whom have competed in the sport at international level. They are happy to advise customers and help them choose the most appropriate kit for their needs. Goods can also be ordered online using our secure payment facility so for players that like visit various different venues we provide a convenient way for them to stock up on propellant for their markers or purchase new equipment for special events. For anyone that has yet to visit our fantastic venue we can reassure you that we have everything necessary for a great day out. Our previous customers have included international celebrities, premier league football players and royalty from abroad. We also cater to thousands of regular enthusiasts like ourselves. Many large corporations hold team building exercises with us and judging by the amount of repeat business that we receive, we must be doing something right. Every commercial enterprise will go out of their way to highlight their strong points but we genuinely believe that our facilities and level of service are second to none in the industry. Our aim is to ensure that every visitor to our site has the most fun possible in a safe, controlled environment. In addition to corporate events and regular gaming we are also able to arrange special packages for stag and hen parties. If there are 20 people or more in your group then you can spend the whole day playing against each other as you need about 10 players to form a team.
