Mayhem paintball Essex was established in 1987 and covers Essex and London. Our paintball customers’ range from international celebrities and Saudi Arabian Royalty to everyday paintballer’s like ourselves. Mayhem Paintball site in Essex has also been used for TV productions such “Dream Team”.
Our London/Essex paintball site consists of more than 12 paintballing arenas, including a wild west paintballing area, a world war II paintball area and numerous urban and woodland paintball zones. We also hold corporate paintball events and have excellent facilities to host clients in private areas. We tailor packages for corporations who are looking for a days paintball action and team building.

Paintball is an extreme sport, we ensure that all players are given a comprehensive safety talk by paintball experts. Players are equipped with the latest paintball equipment and this includes specialist paintball safety equipment. We are the only site in Europe to offer Thermal Double Glazed Paintball safety goggles that don’t mist up whilst you play. We also offer paintball impact reduction jackets for younger players and ladies if they chose to wear them. Our staff are all paintball experts, many of whom play paintball internationally at a professional level, and they can advise you on the best paintball kit from goggles to gas and guns.

How old must you be to play?
All players must be at least 12 years old to play - this is a industry standard and we would suggest that any site offering paintball to under 12's is not regulated by the United Kingdoms Paintball Sporting Federation (UKPSF). Our new sister company Laser Mayhem however has a minimum age of only 8 years!

When should I book?
We usually ask that you phone at least 2 weeks prior to when you want to play, however this is not a strict rule. If there is space and you want to play the very next day, we will always try to accommodate you but booking early does help avoid disappointment.
